It’s started out at 14* C - foggy and cloudy and a tiny of rain

We went to French River, PEI which is a tiny
town on more of an inlet than a river.

Cape Tryon lighthouse. We took a very rough
dirt road to see this lighthouse. We aren’t even
sure if our hire car allows us to go on dirt roads.

The house where Lucy Maid Montgomery was born in 1874.
She wrote “Anne of Green Gables”.

We were told there were once lots of Walrus in this area.
And I thought I saw one. See photo below.
Unfortunately when Ronnie zoomed in it turned out to be a piece of
driftwood in the shape and colour of a walrus. Turns out they
were hunted to extinction in the 1800s.
