Left Cody at 6 to get to Little Big Horn Battlefield. We had an excellent breakfast at the Branding Iron Cafe in Dayton.

At Little Bighorn Battlefield we listened to a very good talk on the battle by a National Parks Ranger. 
The 7th Cavalry memorial erected in 1881:
Although the native Americans won at Custer's last stand they didn't win back their lands or the right to continue their way of life. It was a very emotional visit.
The Native American Memorial erected in 2003:
We continued on to Billings for lunch then onto Great Falls. We got in late and had dinner at the O'Haire Inn and it was great. We shares a rack of ribs, potato, salad, fantastic beans and coleslaw. A wonderful meal and great service.
Saw a prong horn in the distance.
