Arrived in Wengen to see the Jungfrau from the road down to the hotel.

A lovely welcome at the Edelweiss Hotel, Wengen. Welcome chocolate, biscuits and unlimited pod coffee. What a difference a day makes, we are really pleased with this hotel and Wengen. It is much smaller and nowhere near as touristy as Zermatt. Thomas, the guy that runs the hotel is a chef and has a four course set menu each night if you choose to eat here. Fabulous dinner. Anyone who can make lentil soup fantastic has to be a genius!
