On our way to Etosha National Park we stopped at Outjo at some roadside stalls. Some of the locals:
Then we arrived at Etosha Nationa Park is one of the largest national parks in Africa - 22,000 square kilometres. it has a huge salt pan of 5,000 square km about 23% of the park. It is home to 114 mammal species and over 340 birds. Including wildebeest, springbok, zebra, kudu, giraffe, cheetah, leopard, lions & elephants.
We went on an afternoon game drive was excellent and lived up to the hype of Etosha NP being impressive for wildlife: Giraffe

Waterhole at the campsite at night. Unfortunately, because it’s the end of the wet season the animals don’t have trouble finding water but we did see a tortise and a few birds.
One of the guys, John, bought the words for 29 songs do we had a sing along! We are not a quiet group! But one guy came up to give us a tip so we must have been good.
