Joined a London Walk at Paddington Station to catch the train to Oxford then had a bus transport us to the tiny Cotswold village of Minster Lovell where the guide took us on a walk around the houses and the local minster and ruins. Then the bus too us to Oxford where we had a guided tour of the University and the town. We also had a personal tour of Trinity College. Very interesting.
We decided to go on this tour because of Oxford but really loved the Cotswolds. We had a great day and fantastic weather.

The fish pond. They couldn't guarantee fishing enough fish out of the river to cater to unexpected guests so they put fish they caught in the pond and then fished them out with a net as required. The original fish pond:
