Day 27 - Speyside

16th Century Pack Horse Bridge Livet River:

Hairy Coos including a black one!  We saw a white one but no photo because we couldn't stop on the single lane (traffic goes both ways on one single track road) road that we saw it on:

The Scots have a strange sense of humour : )

Actually they have a good sense of humour and can enjoy a joke at their own expense. 

Our first herd of Red deer.  We saw a few lone deer but nothing like these.  A few minutes later we saw a herd of females.  Quite a rare sight apparently.

 View of the Cairngorms with the river winding through them.  The patches on the hills are heather and grass.  In a month the heather will be a vivid pink/purple.
